          Marketing & Social Media

In a new start up, is it worthwhile to pay for leads?

Sure, if you can demonstrate ROI on purchasing them. My experience with buying leads has been mixed. Sometimes I got great business from them, others not. It pays to run some experiments and see what works before you spend a ton of money. The other thing I would caution any startup on is that they should be sure that they have spent time optimizing their funnel before they invest heavily in customer acquisition so that they get the most bang for their buck.
